Villa Orange, Located in Kalkan Ortaalan Region, our villa has 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 6 people. There is a pool, sun loungers, sitting corner and barbecue in the garden of our villa, which has a modern and comfortable design.
Kitchen : The American kitchen, which has a complete and modern design that you will feel in your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.
Living Room : The modern designed living room includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.
1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

For stays of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 1,000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Orange is 1.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.
Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.
Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
